ZENKOLUX — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Access is by recognition, not by request.

The Instrument of Prestige

Zenkolux is not merely a business card.

It is an identity instrument — a secure bridge between presence and access, designed for those

whose reputations carry intrinsic value.

To hold a Zenkolux credential is to be entrusted with discretion, not given exposure.

Section 1 — Membership Charter

1.1 Zenkolux membership is a privilege extended through recognition.

Requests to purchase or acquire a Zenkolux credential may be submitted, but approval remains

fully at the discretion of Zenkolux.

No request constitutes entitlement to entry or ownership.

1.2 Membership is conferred upon acceptance, and remains valid only while conduct aligns with

Zenkolux principles: discretion, integrity, and respect.

1.3 There are two primary tiers of custodianship:

– Standard Zenkolux members

– Sovereign Zenkolux custodians

1.4 All privileges described herein are subject to silent amendment, refinement, or withdrawal by

Zenkolux at any time.

Section 2 — Member Rights, Prestige Obligations & Asset Custodianship

2.1 A Sovereign Zenkolux is a prestige asset held in custodianship, not ownership.

2.2 Members are granted silent recognition, controlled introductions, privacy by default, and

legacy continuation.

2.3 Prestige obligations require absolute discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

2.4 Identity binding is personal and non-transferable.

2.5 Sovereign cards exist in a permanently fixed supply; new entry is possible only by inheritance,

transfer, or displacement.

2.6 Resale is regulated. Zenkolux receives a 20 percent transfer royalty, resale below issue price is

forbidden, and successor identity must be verified before activation.2.7 A Sovereign custodian may designate a successor of any relation. Upon inheritance, access

passes automatically subject to identity confirmation.

2.8 Legacy transitions are silently recognized: “Successor of [former custodian].”

2.9 Sovereign custodians may remain invisible to Standard members, visible only to other

Sovereign custodians unless they choose otherwise.

2.10 Silence constitutes final refusal of visibility or contact.

Section 3 — Privacy, Visibility Modes & Identity Protection

3.1 Privacy is a foundational right. Identity is never visible without consent.

3.2 Visibility modes:

Open – freely viewable upon tap.

Gated – visible only when approved.

Sovereign-Hidden – invisible to Standard members until revealed.

3.3 Standard members may choose open or gated. Sovereign custodians control all three modes.

3.4 Identity requests may be ignored without notice; silence = rejection.

3.5 Zenkolux functions as a permissioned identity pass, not a contact-sharing tool.

3.6 No public directory exists. Discovery occurs only through proximity and consent.

3.7 Sovereign holders may exist unseen unless they decide to appear.

3.8 At events, Standard members see other Standards and any Sovereigns who choose visibility.

Hidden Sovereigns remain undetectable.

3.9 Visibility settings cannot be overridden except for lawful or security reasons.

3.10 Visibility is consent; absence of response is binding refusal.

Section 4 — Data Security & Information Handling

4.1 Zenkolux employs a non-broadcast identity model. Data is never public or automatically

revealed.

4.2 No surveillance or behavior tracking occurs.

4.3 All data is encrypted and decrypted only at the moment of voluntary reveal.4.4 Identity data is divided into existence and identity layers; only Sovereigns can perceive

existence of other Sovereigns.

4.5 Zenkolux does not replicate or sell member data.

4.6 No advertising, profiling, or monetization of data is permitted.

4.7 Requests to view identity create no lasting record; declined requests vanish.

4.8 Sovereign data remains invisible across all contexts until consented.

4.9 When membership ends, data bindings are destroyed; only legacy seats persist.

4.10 Security outweighs convenience; no function reveals a member without intent.

Section 5 — Event Access, Protocol & Behaviour

5.1 Zenkolux events are private environments; entry is discretionary.

5.2 Possession of an active credential confirms eligibility.

5.3 Standard members access general private zones; Sovereigns may enter inner zones and remain

unseen if they wish.

5.4 Members must maintain decorum, restraint, and invitation-based interaction.

5.5 Intrusion, exposure, or forced recognition is forbidden.

5.6 Sovereign custodians decide when, to whom, and how they appear.

5.7 Recording or publishing other attendees without consent is prohibited.

5.8 Discussions within Zenkolux spaces are confidential by default.

5.9 Zenkolux may revoke access silently if behaviour breaches dignity.

5.10 Presence does not imply permission to interact.

Section 6 — Misuse, Breach Consequences & Revocation Authority

6.1 Any act that undermines discretion or dignity constitutes breach.

6.2 Zenkolux may suspend or revoke access instantly and without appeal.

6.3 Three levels of removal exist: visibility freeze, standard revocation, sovereign displacement.6.4 Sovereign displacement protects the seat, not the holder.

6.5 Unauthorized transfers void credentials and future eligibility.

6.6 Public exposure of members leads to permanent expulsion.

6.7 Sovereign breaches terminate lineage; the seat is reassigned.

6.8 No negotiation, lobbying, or appeal is permitted.

6.9 Public misconduct outside Zenkolux can also trigger revocation.

6.10 Revocation is silent; privileges simply cease.

Section 7 — Sovereign Economics & Legacy Continuity

7.1 Sovereign cards are finite prestige assets, not commercial products.

7.2 Economic dignity forbids devaluation; resale below issue price is invalid.

7.3 Each verified resale carries a 20 percent royalty to Zenkolux.

7.4 Buyers must complete verification before custodianship is activated.

7.5 Inheritance converts a Sovereign card into a legacy seat; access continues through identity

confirmation.

7.6 Successors are recorded internally as continuation holders.

7.7 Fixed supply enforces intrinsic prestige; entry occurs only by transfer or succession.

7.8 If a custodian is displaced, the seat returns to circulation under protection.

7.9 Custodianship is stewardship, not ownership.

7.10 The Sovereign lifecycle: issuance → custodianship → continuation → legacy.

Section 8 — Legal Positioning, Liability Limits & Governance

8.1 Zenkolux is a private prestige network, not a consumer product.

8.2 Access is a privilege; no right of entry or permanence exists.

8.3 Zenkolux owes no explanation for decisions or criteria.

8.4 Zenkolux is not liable for outcomes, introductions, or missed opportunities.8.5 Credentials do not authorize representation of Zenkolux.

8.6 Zenkolux remains neutral in private dealings between members.

8.7 Governance and eligibility structures are confidential.

8.8 Zenkolux maintains global sovereignty; local conflicts result in withdrawal, not compromise.

8.9 When access ends, all privileges and recognition cease immediately.

8.10 Prestige transcends individuals; seats remain, holders change, the circle continues.
